***”Cumulative” means: all costs incurred in quarter subsequent to Q5 (Apr’07 – Jun’07) must be added to the previous quarters. Example: all costs incurred in Q7 (Oct’07 – Dec’07) must be added to the previous totals of Q5+Q6. Costs incurred in Q8 will be added to the previous total of Q5+Q6+Q7.
