Welcome to the web pages dedicated to the EGEE-II / EGEE-III Transition Meeting. These pages will provide you with essential information on the event, including logistics, accommodation (some CERN hostel rooms have been pre-booked, **book early**), programme and registration. Programme details: The first day of the programme will consist of a general information day, for beneficiaries, Joint Research Unit members and activity personnel in EGEE-III. Participants will be introduced to the project, the grant agreement and other official documents, tools used, reporting, and general information to ensure they are well informed and at ease with the procedures in the project. The afternoon will be dedicated to introducing new features of the project, the reporting procedures and dissemination aspects . The second day will introduce the different activities and what the major tasks are for the coming year. All coffee breaks will be provided by CERN, and lunches will be at individuals' expense. CERN also welcomes you to attend a welcome aperitif at the end of the first day, on the evening of Tuesday 6th May. Registration will open on Wednesday 12th March and close on 26th April, with a limited number of places. As far as possible, please ensure representation for all participants is kept at a minimum (1 per institute and necessary key activity personnel ) to allow room for all to attend.
